He is very patient to explain us the pros and cons of every type of carpet. He even asked us to take pictures of different carpets on the stairs to compare. When we had difficulty to decide which carpet pattern to choose, he visited us the second time and brought more models to try. After we placed the order, the carpet was delivered on time. The installation was done professional and quickly. He even did the vacuum clean on the carpet. I am really touched by his professionalism. Like he kept saying, love your stairs.
